These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the legal relationship between you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) and Bullomo  (“Broker”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a licensed brokerage firm providing access to cryptocurrency and stock markets. By opening an account and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age in your country of residence, and that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Scope of Services

We provide trading access to:

• Cryptocurrency markets (e.g., BTC, ETH, and other digital assets)

• Stock markets (e.g., NASDAQ, NYSE, and other exchanges)
  via our proprietary or partnered trading platforms.

We do not act as a financial advisor, and nothing in our services should be considered investment advice.

4. Account Opening

To access trading services, you must complete our registration process and provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal and financial information. We reserve the right to request identity verification in accordance with applicable regulations.

5. Market Risk and Disclosure

Trading cryptocurrencies and equities carries significant risk, including market volatility, price manipulation, and regulatory uncertainty in certain jurisdictions. Prices can fluctuate rapidly, and you may lose part or all of your investment. Please read our Risk Disclosure Statement carefully.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits may be made via supported methods, including cryptocurrencies, wire transfers, and other available options. Withdrawals will only be processed to verified accounts and original payment sources. Transaction limits, processing times, and fees may apply.

7. Order Execution

Trades are executed via electronic platforms based on market conditions and order types. Due to the volatility of the crypto and stock markets, we cannot guarantee execution at the requested price. Slippage and delays may occur.

8. Fees and Charges

You agree to pay any applicable trading fees, withdrawal charges, spreads, overnight fees (where applicable), and other service-related costs. A full list of fees is available on our website and may be updated periodically.

9. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Know Your Customer (KYC)

We comply with international AML and KYC standards. You agree to undergo identity verification and provide any necessary documents. We may freeze or close your account if suspicious or unlawful activity is detected.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Engage in market manipulation or insider trading

• Use automated trading software without permission

• Operate multiple accounts for abuse of promotions or arbitrage

• Launder funds or violate applicable sanctions laws

11. Platform Risk & Maintenance

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platforms. System downtimes, maintenance, or third-party service failures may occur. We are not liable for losses due to technical issues beyond our control.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or data. Our liability is limited to the amount of money you have deposited, subject to applicable law.

13. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including in cases of policy violations or suspected fraud. You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request, subject to the withdrawal of all funds.

14. Legal Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and all disputes shall be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

15. Amendments

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
