How quickly is a deposit/withdrawal request processed?
The deposit processing time depends on the chosen method. Withdrawal requests are processed by the Financial Department within 48 hours. After processing, the withdrawal time depends on the selected withdrawal method: SWIFT transfer — 1 to 5 business days, SEPA transfer — 1 to 3 business days, cryptocurrency transfer — up to 2 hours.
