KYC Policy

1. General Provisions

This Know Your Customer Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “KYC Policy”) is established by Bullomo (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) to prevent the use of its services for illegal purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraud. It also aims to ensure compliance with international standards and applicable laws in the field of anti-financial crime.

The Company is committed to taking all reasonable steps to identify clients, verify submitted information, and monitor client activity in the course of providing brokerage services on cryptocurrency and stock markets.

2. Purpose and Objectives

  • Ensure compliance with AML/KYC regulatory requirements;

  • Mitigate risks associated with illegal activities;

  • Promote operational transparency;

  • Protect the interests of clients and the Company.

3. Client Identification Procedure

Before accessing the platform, a client is required to complete a verification process, which includes:

3.1. For Individuals:

  • Completion of a registration form;

  • Submission of a valid government-issued identification document (passport, ID card, or driver’s license);

  • Proof of residential address (issued within the last 3 months): utility bill, bank statement, etc.;

  • If required — a selfie holding the ID document.

3.2. For Legal Entities:

  • Company registration documents (articles of incorporation, certificate of registration, etc.);

  • Identification documents of beneficial owners;

  • Documents confirming the authority of the company representative;

  • Proof of registered business address.

4. Risk Assessment and Monitoring

The Company adopts a risk-based approach to client verification:

  • Initial risk assessment is performed for each client;

  • Additional documents may be requested, if necessary;

  • All client transactions are subject to monitoring to detect suspicious activity;

  • If any suspicious behavior is identified, the Company reserves the right to freeze operations, restrict account access, or terminate the relationship with the client.

5. Data Privacy

All personal data collected during the KYC process is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Company’s Privacy Policy. Information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

6. Refusal of Services

The Company reserves the right to deny registration or terminate cooperation with any client under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to provide required documents;

  • Submission of false or misleading information;

  • Non-compliance with legal or regulatory requirements;

  • The client poses a high risk due to their profile or activities.

7. Policy Updates

This Policy may be updated or amended at any time. The updated version will be published on the Company’s website and will become effective immediately upon publication. Clients are responsible for staying informed about the latest version of the Policy.
